The score comes with a CD containing the work recorded with both tape and percussion part, played by Jean-Luc Rimey-Meille, and the tape on its own. Shattering a keyboard instrument creates a distortion of shapes, of sound structures and of resonances. The recording with percussion is only one possible reading of the piece, and should not limit the player's imagination, either in the choice of instruments or in how the relationship with the tape, and with time more generally, is understood. Suggested instrumentarium: twelve different wooden sounds, one clac-bois (suspended xylophone bars used like a chime), xylophone bars or wood drum, metal tubes, chimes of various materials, and any kind of resonant instrument — bowls, crotales, cymbals, gongs.
