The Signature Gert François "ORCHESTRA 06" timpani mallets were developed for orchestral playing and the professional repertoire. They offer a very hard, very precise and particularly direct sound, ideal for passages calling for clean articulation and excellent clarity.
The wooden head gives a clean, dry and perfectly defined attack, with an immediate response and great precision in the most demanding passages.
The bamboo handle, flexible and light, encourages a natural rebound and great finesse of playing. Its diameter of approx. 11 mm, combined with the grip, ensures a comfortable and precise hold.
