The Prestige Orchestra Model X52 xylophone mallets produce a slightly hard, deep, dark and bold sound, particularly suited to musicians looking for presence, character and depth in orchestra or ensemble.
Their warm, round attack retains fine articulation, while the projection is full and generous. They offer a deep, assertive sound colour, ideal for passages requiring more density and presence.
Available with wooden or rattan handles. For xylophone we particularly recommend rattan: its flexibility gives a more natural rebound and allows the instrument to develop its sound fully.
As mallets with wooden handles are made to order, this configuration can be neither returned nor exchanged.
