The Signature Hsin Hsuan Wu 05 mallets develop a versatile, warm and brighter sound, with excellent definition that allows the articulation to stand out clearly.
Their easy, progressive, fairly bright attack favours precise, natural playing. The feel remains responsive, pleasant and easy to control, with a wide dynamic range and expressive nuances.
The dense head brings a full-bodied tone, foundation and presence to the fundamental, while remaining slightly lighter than that of the HW04. This model thus offers more brilliance and velocity, making it particularly suited to the upper marimba parts in ensemble playing. It is especially suited to works such as Mirage, Moi, Jeu or Niflheim.
Available with rattan or wooden handles.
