The Signature Johan Bridger 01 mallets produce a warm, round and dark sound, with full, balanced definition. The fundamental is deep, while the attack remains soft and mellow.
The dense, enveloping feel encourages expressive playing and allows a fine richness of nuance to be retained. The projection is excellent, with a particularly generous presence in the low register.
The heavy head gives depth, foundation and projection, while strongly reinforcing the fundamental. This model suits both the marimba and the bass marimba, in a wide variety of repertoires.
Available with rattan or wooden handles.
