Un Air de Valse – Caisse-claire | JAY E.
Ref.: EJ006C
Un Air de Valse – Caisse-claire: a repertoire piece for snare drum, by Emmanuel JAY.
The drum rudiments unfold within this waltz, working systematically through the traditional rhythmic patterns of the marching drum. Ruffs and drags set this rhythmically and technically demanding piece dancing. present, but not obvious on a first reading. Downloadable sheet music. Inspired by the rudiments of the French marching drum. The dotted-minim pulse feels relatively steady.
Sold as downloadable sheet music: no printed copy is shipped.
