The Signature Gert François "ORCHESTRA 04" timpani mallets were developed for orchestral playing and the professional repertoire. They offer a bright, precise and well-defined sound, particularly suited to passages calling for articulation, presence and clarity within the orchestral ensemble.

The felt head, combined with a cork core and wound materials, brings a fine balance between brightness, roundness and precision. This model is particularly suited to repertoire such as Tchaikovsky's 4th Symphony.

The bamboo handle, flexible and light, encourages a natural rebound and great finesse of playing. Its diameter of approx. 11 mm, combined with the grip, ensures a comfortable and precise hold.
