The wizard offers the Tsar Dadon a magical cock that will guarantee him the protection of the borders of his kingdom; it demands in exchange the promise of the Czar to make a vow that he will make later ... This is the starting point of this tale by Alexander Pushkin, superbly illustrated by Stephen Guiol, and around which the Percussions Claviers de Lyon have built a real sound Cathedral.
